1. Introduction
At ProKombat.com, we strive to provide high-quality combat sports gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) in accordance with this Returns Policy.
This policy complies with UK consumer laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and UK GDPR.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

All tags, labels, and accessories are intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized products (e.g., custom-printed apparel).

Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., mouthguards, groin protectors, compression wear, or socks if opened).

Gift cards and digital vouchers.

Items that have been damaged, altered, or used after delivery.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Pack Your Item

Securely package the item in its original packaging.

Include the return authorization email inside the package.

Step 3: Ship the Return

Use a tracked shipping service to send the item to our return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
